US & Canada Returns/Exchanges

Our return period lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If the 30-day period has elapsed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. All returns are $5 USD and exchanges are free (Canadian and US customers only).

International Returns/Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer return shipping labels for international orders (outside of the US & Canada). However, we can assist with a return for refund using your own label. Please email us at support@twinbirch.com and our support team will provide a return address.

Note: We do not offer exchanges for international orders. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.


 

Completing Returns

To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase and visit our return & exchange center via the link at the bottom of our website.

*****You must complete your return authorization and then print a label for the return method you choose or use the return label provided in your original shipment package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the case of an exchange, your new item will ship free of charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as any item returned more than 30 days after shipment.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or credit card company activity. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@twinbirch.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, visit our return & exchange center via the link at the bottom of our website.
